1. Rotary Hook system with computer control system

Our quilting embroidery machine (GAMA series) is almost perfectly controlled by the computer system. The world trend of Quilting and Embroidery machine is transferring from CAM shuttle type to the Rotary Hook type with computer control system. The CAM shuttle type has been disappearing here in Korea and around the world as well. And in the near future, our Rotary hook type will alternate all the existing CAM shuttle style quilting machine. Design	When you want to change a design, the cam shuttle has to be replaced. So, the number of cam is the number of designs, and it is the waste of time and manpower.	It has a computerized control box. So, if you want to change a design, you just select the design on the screen. Very simple operation. And you can input more than 1,000 designs in it through the disk.
Function	Only quilting	In the process of quilting, the embroidery can be added to that process, which means you can actualize both functions on the fabric at once.

2. Needle Head Moving System

The existing quilting machine has the fabric moving system to make a design on the fabric. But our quilting machine is operated by needle head of gear box system that moves needle head instead of moving the fabric itself. This is the unique feature that only our company holds of. We hold the patent of this technique which means nobody has this kind of machine in the world.

3. Touch screen system

Our machine has a touch screen system so that it is very easy and simple for you to operate the machine just by touching the screen. And it has also a hand drawing function so that you can make a unique design by hand drawing on the screen. Of course, the design you draw on the screen can be practiced on the fabric. And you can also input more than 1,000 designs in this machine.

4. Both at once (Quilting and Embroidery)

In the quilting process, the embroidery function can be added to the process, which means you can actualize the both functions on the material at once.
