Description |
SDSL (Symmetric Digital Subscriber Line) is designed specifically for multi-dwelling units or dense building environments such as small offices, branch offices, and SOHO networks, to provide cost-effective access to high-speed Internet.
MOMOWEB's SDSL products include SDSL-16M (MDU), SDSL-16S (modem), SDSL-16MS (splitter for MDUs), and SDSL-16SS (splitter for modems). SDSL-16M provides 2.3 Mbps connection to subscribers using their existing copper lines.
SDSL-16M offers 16 subscriber ports per system and 2 uplink ports (10/100 Mbps). It provides symmetrical bandwidth with up to 2.3-Mbps (full-duplex) data rates over the existing copper line at distances of up to 2.0 km (0.5 mm). It can be configured to transport data in full duplex at one of 8 selection line data-transmitting rates from 256 to 2,304 kbps with a Dip Switch inside the SDSL-16S (external modem).
SDSL-16M is ideal for ISPs, cyber-apartments, SOHOs, and the like, for high-speed Internet service. |
