Product Description
Songi fermented rice wine producing method is different from other companies fermentation method. We use the original fermentation method which is low temperature long-term fermentation with mixture of songi (pine mushroom) and grains (rice).

By fermenting for a long period at a low temperature, songi main ingredients and flavor are drawn well deeply. While using tested rice and pine mushroom, and water as well as its perfect combination ratio, we do not have post water adding process (if certain percent of alcoholic is higher than the legal amount, companies add some water to lower the alcohol percent) which would change the taste of rice wine due to post water adding process.

Songi unrefined rice wine is produced with same method and just the filtering process is omitted. Raw unrefined rice wine is purely made of rice and carbonic acid is added.
